I think that we begin by taking time to find sabbath. I do not believe that the biblical principle of Sabbath is limited to one day, Sunday or Saturday, of no work. Sabbath is a way of life, where we find time to rest with God and others. This is no easy task and many steps are required to live into Sabbath. One of the first is learning about yourself. What do you and your body need to feel at rest? This could be as practical as getting more sleep but as involved as establishing healthy goals that will help you lead a life with more rest.
